Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes! We offer free Click & Collect from our shop in Dungarvan. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Yes, we offer local delivery in the Dungarvan area. Just select “Local Delivery” at checkout and enter your Eircode.
Standard delivery across Ireland takes 2–4 working days. Local delivery is usually same or next day.
Yes – just let us know their name when placing your order or drop us a quick message.

Refunds & Returns - FAQs

Can I return a product if my pet didn’t like it?
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days. Just bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
Pop into the shop or contact us via email with your order number. We’ll sort it quickly and hassle-free.
Yes – perishable items (like frozen food) and opened treats or supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Yes! You can set up repeat orders on selected products so you never run out.
Absolutely – just log into your account and manage your subscription anytime.
Yes, you’ll get an email before each order is processed so you can make changes if needed.
Of course – choose from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on your pet’s needs.

What is the VIP Pet Club?
It’s our way of rewarding regular grooming clients – your dog gets pre-booked appointments and some lovely perks!
You get guaranteed appointment slots, free fringe & nail trims between grooms, and access to our weekly payment plan.
Just ask at your next grooming appointment – we’ll sign you up and schedule your next visits.
Yes – there’s no contract. You can leave or change your schedule at any time.
