Delivery

We can deliver to anywhere on the island of Ireland. If you have any concerns about when your order should be received, please call us. Please refer to our delivery details for more information.

Claims and damaged goods

If in the unlikely event your order is not received in useable condition please call us. Please note that once food is under 4 degrees when received you can refreeze it. We cannot guarantee that food will arrive still solid frozen.

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item once it is in its original state and unopened. This excludes frozen goods.

The cost of return is at the cost of the customer.

The item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase with information stating if you would like a refund or alternative product.

You must email info@timmyspetshop.ie stating the reason for return, we will then contact you to organize the return/replacement of the items. If a product is found to be faulty we will cover the cost of the return.

If there is a mistake on your order contact us on 087-1728144 and we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it contact us on +353-87-1728144 as soon as possible and if the order has not already been shipped we will issue a refund. In the event that the order has already been shipped then we will be unable to issue a refund.

We are charged by the couriers by the 28kg box. This weight includes packaging. If your order is over this weight but does not make financial sense to add a second parcel we may refund some products to bring the order down to 28kg.

Subscriptions

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock for your subscription we will call you and offer a replacement product and if you decide you do not want a replacement we will issue a refund

Pausing: You can pause or skip the subscription anytime

Cancelling: You can cancel your subscription anytime from within your account.

Shipping: If the item(s) on you subscription qualify for free delivery then you will get free delivery on every subscription order. If the subscription is below the free shipping value you will be charge for delivery each time your subscription goes out.
