Your order should arrive with you frozen.  In the event that it has started to defrost it is fine to refreeze provided that it is still cold. We do include ice packs and foils but if oyu have an issue with refreezing we do have extra foils and ice packs avalable to order. We provide 3 ice packs in each order. Orders will not be refunded due to them starting to defrost but still being cold. 

We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days. Just bring your receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes – perishable items (like frozen food) and opened treats or supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
