Shipping policy

Frozen goods
We dispatch frozen goods Monday to Thursday for delivery within 48 hours of dispatch.
Non-frozen goods
We dispatch non-frozen orders Monday to Friday.
Weekends and public holidays
We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Dispatch resumes on the next eligible dispatch day for your order type.

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Heavy items — 20kg and over

Each product weighing 20kg or more requires its own parcel and carries a delivery charge of €6.50 per item.

These products are excluded from free delivery, and their value does not count towards the €50 free-delivery threshold.

If your order also contains other eligible products, those products qualify for free delivery when their combined value exceeds €50. The €6.50 charge still applies to each heavy item.
