DogDry of Waterford is a new Irish brand on a mission to do one thing well:  ‘To make the world’s best drying robe for dogs and the people who love them.’ 

Super-absorbent, waterproof and so comfortable dogs love wearing them,  DogDry drying robes are designed to dry your soaking wet dog in minutes, preventing wet dog mess invading your car and home. Every DogDry drying robe comes with a detachable mitt to gently dry your dog’s most sensitive areas, their paws, tail and ears; those body parts most dogs prefer not to cover up. 

Functional Design 

DogDry is only drying robe with three layers of performance fabrics designed to work together to dry a soaking wet dog quickly and easily. The cotton-rich inner fabric wicks moisture away from your dog’s body. The super-absorbent interior fabric locks it away and the waterproof outer fabric prevents any dampness leaking out whether your dog lies down in your car or moves around your house. Breathable and windproof, DogDry drying robes keep your dog a comfortable temperature whether cold from a wintery splash or warm from a mud-removing bath. 

Comfort Fit, Loved by Dogs 

Designed to fit all body shapes, every DogDry has strong adjustable velcro fastenings at the chest, around the tummy, and under the tail, making it easy to adjust for a body- hugging, ‘un-shake-offable’ fit. Shaped to allow a full range of natural movement; your dog can run, jump, roll over or lie down for a rest as they dry and their DogDry will stay on. That’s why even dogs who never wear clothes are happy in a DogDry. 

Choosing the correct size: 

The only measurement you need to find the perfect DogDry for your dog is the length of your dog’s back.  DogDry drying robes open fully flat and don’t go over your dog’s head so there’s no need to consider their head circumference. Each of the 6 sizes adjusts around the chest and tummy so you don’t need measure your dog’s girth or height. Simply measure the length of your dog’s back from collar to tail while your dog is standing up straight and use the size chart to find the size. 

If your dog is between sizes, measuring +/- 1 cm from the top of the size range: 

Choose the larger size for a wide- bodied dog (Bernese) 

Choose the smaller size for a narrow- bodied dog. (Irish Setter) 

Care of your DogDry: 

Wash your DogDry when it’s visibly dirty. Between washes, flapping in the air on an outdoor washing line will get it fresh, dry, and ready for the next outing. 

• Machine wash at up to 40 degrees with your usual detergent.  

• Hold the fabric softener. Performance fabrics don’t like fabric softener. Fabrics designed to absorb moisture really don’t like fabric softener because it flattens all the little fibres where the water molecules like to hang out. To keep your DogDry super-absorbent, waterproof and breathable for longer, never use fabric softener. Ever. 

• Velcro. Love it. Hate it. Or both. We love how it adjusts to give a body-hugging fit AND we don’t like that it takes a little more care in the wash. Carefully close ALL velcro before washing and wash your DogDry in a mesh laundry bag. Open velcro will get tangled up in itself as it spins around in your machine at breakneck speed. 

• Line dry if you can or tumble dry on the lowest heat.
