A soothing pet skin spray for minor nicks and grazes
Herbal spray to soothe skin and support normal healing processes. We all know our pets can get themselves into scrapes and scraps. Whether it’s a run through the brambles or a spat with next door’s cat, it’s always handy to have a bottle of “In The Nick Of Time” to hand. A soothing, fast-acting topical spray which is kind to the skin and safe for minor nicks and grazes.
Caution: It can sting a little, and some dogs do not like the sound of the spray, so apply using a cotton wool pad in the first instance.
Ingredients
Yarrow: Also known as “nature’s bandage”, Yarrow supports the body’s natural healing processes.
St John's Wort: St John’s Wort is an amazing herb. Known for its mood-supporting benefits, it is also amazingly powerful for the skin. It hydrates and moisturises the skin, contains antioxidants and has antiviral, and anti-bacterial effects when used topically to cleanse the skin.
Witch Hazel: This is a well-known ingredient in skin support. It supports the body’s normal inflammatory responses and, when applied topically, has an antibacterial and antiviral effect for hygienically clean skin. Witch Hazel helps maintain the skin’s barrier function, locking in moisture. It is the ideal choice for minor bumps, cuts, and scrapes.
Calendula: This is simply an amazing herb with many qualities. When applied topically, it is antifungal, antiseptic, and antibacterial, maintaining skin hygiene. It is exceptionally soothing for itchy skin thanks to its hydrating properties.
Chamomile: Soothing and nourishing for skin.
Should be applied directly onto skin, as needed.
